Horse-Assisted Systemic Coaching
"In service of the whole"

Horses have the capacity to experience existence as a 'we' and as an 'I'; they operate not only from their individual conscience, but also from and with a collective conscience. It is important for them to belong to a group, and to occupy the appropriate or ‘right’ place for them within the group, each according to his true nature Horses respond to authenticity (by authenticity we understand that someone acts in alignment with their own unique qualities, limitations and experiences). As they experience no incompatibility or inconsistency in the other, so they trust and respond to the other.
It is these attributes of horses which we utilise and tap into when we practise horse-assisted coaching. During a horse-assisted coaching session the horse is aware of and can reveal what the client (unconsciously) leaves out. The horse particularly mirrors those parts of the consciousness that are the least illuminated or which have been lost from sight for one reason or another. Acknowledging and reclaiming these restores strength.
Horse-assisted coaching may be used to shed light on organisational or leadership issues, and also when approaching personal issues. During these sessions we sometimes work with representatives and techniques from the Systemic Approach (also known as organisational constellations).
